CONSENT of the website visitor to the processing of personal data

I hereby, in fulfillment of the requirements of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 № 152-FZ "On Personal Data" (as amended and supplemented) freely, of my own free will and in my own interest, as well as confirming my legal capacity, give my consent to Limited Liability Company "IN-CONSALT" (INN 9 717 148 889, OGRN 1 237 700 828 914), location: 129 226, Moscow, vn.tkr.g. municipal district Rostokino, Mira avenue, 131, premises. 3/1 (hereinafter referred to as the Company), the Company's website: in-consult.agency/ on the processing of personal data with the following conditions:

1. This Consent is given for the processing of personal data both without and with the use of means of automation.

Consent is given to the processing of the following personal data of mine:

surname, first name, patronymic;

telephone number (home/cell phone number);

e-mail;

user data (location information, OS type and version, Browser type and version, device type and screen resolution;

the source from where the user came to the site;

from which site or advertisement

OS and Browser language;

what pages the user opens and what buttons the user clicks on; ip address);

data about me, which will become known in the course of execution of contracts (in case of conclusion of a contract between me and the Company), as well as other publicly available information about me.

2. Personal data is not publicly available.

3. Purpose of personal data processing:

Processing incoming requests from individuals in order to provide counseling on various issues related to the Company's business activities;

analyzing the actions of the natural person on the website and the functioning of the website.

4. The basis for the processing of personal data is Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation; Article 6 of the Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data"; this Consent of the website visitor to the processing of personal data.

5. In the course of processing, the following actions will be performed with personal data:

collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction.

6. I am hereby notified by the Company that the intended users of personal data are employees of the Company, as well as persons engaged by the Company under a civil law contract.

7. I am familiarized that:

7.1. this Consent to the processing of my personal data is open-ended and may be revoked by me by sending an e-mail application to the Company at info@in-consult.agency. The date of revocation shall be the day following the day of delivery to the Company of the written application for revocation of the Website User's Consent to the processing of personal data;

7.2. I have the right to have access to my personal data, to demand clarification (update, change) of my personal data, as well as deletion and destruction of my personal data in case of their processing by the Company, which violate my legal rights and interests, the legislation of the Russian Federation.

7.3. In case of withdrawal of the Consent to the processing of personal data, the Company shall have the right to continue the processing of personal data without my consent if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2.11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10 and Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated 27.07.2006.

8. I undertake to notify the Company immediately in case of any changes in my personal data, information about me, with the provision of supporting documents.

9. By this Consent I confirm that I am the subject of the provided personal data, as well as confirm the reliability of the provided data.

10. This Consent shall be valid at all times until the moment of termination of personal data processing according to clause 7.1 of the Consent.
